The 32nd edition of International Public Relations Research Symposium (BledCom) will be held IN-PERSON on June 27 & June 28, 2025 in Rikli Balance Hotel, Lake Bled - Slovenia. The main theme of the 32nd conference is "Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Public Relations: Boon or Curse?".

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of the congress registration will only be forwarded upon receipt of the total amount. All payments made by bank transfer will only be considered valid upon receipt of the amount and payment confirmation. Registrations paid with bank transfer will be given the status “pending” until the amount has been transferred and duly identified. All bank charges involved in the transaction are paid by the participant.

  • DINNERS

    Dinners are optional and are not included in the conference registration fee. The price of a 3-course conference dinner with a complimentary glass of wine is 60 EUR (22% VAT included). Please indicate your preference to join the conference dinners at the time of registration by paying the dinner cost.  We will not be able to add names to the dinner list at the conference site. Also, we do not refund money for dinners that are already paid for.


    Accompanying Person is not automatically assigned to the dinners the conference attendee that registered her/him/them is assigned to.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, but in case it would be necessary please note that full package cancellations received in writing 30 days before the conference, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Please note that we do not refund money for dinners that are already paid for.


    All refunds will be processed after BledCom 2025. All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Organisation Committee via e-mail: bledcom(at)uni-lj.si. Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant. A copy of the bank transfer should be sent to: bledcom(at)uni-lj.si. in order to validate the registration.


    No refunds can be processed for cancellations received after June 27, 2025.


    Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no cost by notifying the Organising Committee. All transfer requests must be sent in writing via email to: bledcom(at)uni-lj.si before June 1, 2024.




  • CANCELLATION OF THE CONFERENCE

    The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. 


  • INSURANCE

    We cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.

  • VISA REQUIREMENTS

    The organizers of the BledCom symposium are not obliged to provide additional services such as visa arrangements etc. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. The symposium organisers will also not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. Cancellation of registration for reasons of not obtaining visa will be processed the same way as regular cancellations.  So, please  register only after you have obtained your visa.

  • DATA PROTECTION

    By registering for BledCom, you expressly consent for organizers to process personal data contained in the registration process, or other data which may be obtained from you or other people as part of registering for the conference.  Further, you agree to the processing of such data for any purpose connected with your attendance at the conference or your health and safety whilst on event premises.

    By registering for BledCom you give the conference organiser permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of you on BledCom conference website, social networks, publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to you.
